How Can I Help You

There are a wide range of problems I can help you with.  These include: anxiety difficulties such as panic, phobias and social anxiety.  Other difficulties I treat include: obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), bereavement, sleep difficulties and trauma.  Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) is the treatment of choice for many anxiety, mood and trauma related difficulties.
